Any known descendants of James Perry, b. 1710/1711 in Mass?

I've hit a dead end in my line with a "Joseph Perry of Milford (NH)". In looking for possibles, I've found a Joseph Perry born in 1763, in the Arlington, Mass area, just about 40 miles from Milford, along the Merrimac River, which I believe was a common route for early settlers of the region. Anyways, I can't find any info on any descendants of this particular Joseph, but his father James was born in 1710 or 1711, married Lydia Tufts.

James' father was John Perry, born March 3 (1669 or 1670) in Watertown, MA. I believe this John came from a line of John Perrys that originated in London.

If you are a known descendant, I'm curious to see if you know anything about this James, or his son Joseph. I'd also be interested in doing a DNA test to see if there is a link here.
